A community activist, heritage preservationist, farmer and writer, Anny Scoones published her first book, Home: Tales of a Heritage Farm, (Hedgerow Press) in 2004. Her second book, Home and Away, followed in 2007 (Touchwood Editions). M.A.C. Farrant is the author of nine collections of satirical and humourous short fiction. As well, a novel-length memoir, My Turquoise Years, was published by Greystone Books/Douglas & McIntyre in 2004.
